Going in to the centre, an elderly man stood aside and said "After you, young lady". Of course I thanked him and said he could call me young lady again. He laughed and said "You should see some of them in there", nodding his head towards the waiting room. He was right too! It was real tonic to sit amongst them.
That was very kind of him to say that Veggie, you could have reciprocated the gesture by giving him directions to the nearest opticians
OH got her booster and flu jags yesterday and I get mine next week, and will be taking one of the grandsons for his first covid jag tomorrow
I had my flu jab in work today. Glad to have had it done, but my arm hurts this evening!
I had mine done on Monday morning, the doctors office called me last week while I was away on holidays, they said call when you get back so I called at 9:00 on Monday morning and was vaccinated by 10:30
Had my delayed booster jab today...arms a bit sore but otherwise fine
We walked down to the medical centre for our booster jabs today.
Unfortunately the place was all locked up because we were a week early!
Old people, eh.
Premature vaccination?
Mrs has hers yesterday
Got a message from local Docs to contact them and organise a third jab. I can kill two birds with one stone as I need to order my monthly meds anyway!
