Last night was beef cheek curry.
No idea what tonight will be, so I’ll be back later.

Yesterday was 'pickings' of sausage,burger,chicken and steak at a BBQ for my grandsons 3rd birthday.He spent most of the time on the bouncy castle!

A re run of last night’s curry.as we have some left, will bulk it up a bit with more veg.

B. Wholemeal bread and jam sandwich
L. Mini cheese quavers and a tangerine. (in a hurry)
D. Mushroom and spring onion omelette

Tonight will be chicken wings, chips & coleslaw

Experiment time again! 

For lunch a 'store cupboard' omelette made with 3 eggs,tin of tuna,half a tin of corned beef, handful of jalapenos and topped with grated chedder, all fried in butter. Very tasty and should see me satiated until tomorrow.

B. Rhubarb, granola, flax seeds & yogurt
L. Panini and peanut butter. Grapes.
D. Quorn "steak" and gravy pie with potato and carrot mash.

All FREE.

Yesterday tuan pasta bake this evening soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

D. Quorn pie, cabbage, carrots, peas and mash.
