D. Leftover mince, mushrooms & tomato with broccoli and mashed potato

King prawn curry tonight

I think we'll be having Chinese chicken curry, but that might change to chicken summat.

D. The last of the leftover mince, broccoli & mash.

Yesterday brekkie was scrambled eggs with cheese. Later I had  fried then airfried YS meatballs in tomato soup.

Today, not sure, but probably involving eggs and meat!

Venison steak with cauliflower & broccoli cheese

Slow cooker brisket with onions, celery, carrots, swede then some mashed potatoes and kale.
Possibly Yorkshire puds will decide later.

I had eggy bread and mushrooms for breakfast.

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Malted grain & rye flatbreads with cheese.
Grapes.
D. More leftover mince with pasta.
All FREE except the granola.
