Slow cooker brisket cooked with onions, celery and carrots. Roasties and Yorkshire puds in the oven then some kale and peas.
Yesterday was an experimental day so I had Halloumi & Spam curry! Suited my carnivore lifestyle but it was a wee bit too salty for my taste. Surprisingly Kato enjoyed it though.
Today was steak n eggs for lunch. Possibly tinned sardines or mackeral for Ron?

Today's OMAD 'Dirty carnivore' because of the avocado. Steak.avocado and omelette with butter added because the steak was too lean.

Kato and I had smashburgers for lunch. I added garlic granules, chilli flakes and grated parmesan to the beef mince and had cheese slices and pickles on mine.
Kato just had a burger & Cheese then went and ate his dinner of a chicken thigh with his meaty dog biscuits. He takes after me, and is a good scranner!
