Yesterday Savoury mince this evening tagliatelle and bol.

B. Sourdough toast and raspberry/strawberry jam
L. The last of the Hummus, pumpkin seeds and mixed lettuce in a Giraffe bread sandwich!
D. Jacket potato with grated cheese and creamed mushrooms.

All FREE.

Just had scrambled eggs and grilling cheese. Steak & butter for Ron.

Last night was noodles
Tonight is chilli and rice

Steak and eggs for lunch. Ill delve into Morries yellow stickers later and sea what I can rustle up for supper. If nowt on YS I'll get some lambs liver.

B. Blackberries, granola & yogurt
L. Leftovers - potato wedges, a bit of a jacket potato and creamed mushrooms.
D. YS prawns in YS coconut korma curry sauce with rice

FREE apart from the YS stuff.

Well I  had my lambs liver last night after a trip to Morries. I hit lucky and their was loads of ribeye, rump and sirloin steaks at £2.00 each.Naturally I 'filled my boots'with them and have a choice for Ron. Thank goodness I have a bit of room left in the freezer after slinging out some of last years veggies.

They had the £2 steaks in Morries today. They didn't seem to be promoted at all, just on a shelf in the fridge with a little sticker on the shelf. Easy to miss! I thought of you, Vinny but didn't buy you any.
