Shopping day for me too - so something from the £5 Pantry. Big Grin
Whist shopping bought a YS pork pie (couldnt resist), I discarded most of the pastry from it.

I also bought a huge lump of black pudding which I shall cut four slices off and have it fried with the remains of yesterdays brisket and gravy poured over the top.
Yesterday:-
B. Porridge & honey
L. Sweet chilli hummus, lettuce and bread rolls
Tangerines
D. Sweet & sour Quorn with egg fried rice.
Custard doughnut.

All FREE Big Grin
Grilled lamb chops with avocado. Also tried Konjac rice for the first time? Low carb, low calorie, zero fat, in fact it seems to be devoid of anything apart from fibre and after reading up on it, it transpires it isn't even rice! Rolleyes Reminds me a bt of rice pudding without the milk! Smile
Never heard of Konjac rice before. To save everyone else asking the duck https://www.eatingwell.com/article/75954...is-konjac/
Its not on my list of foods to eat.
Never heard of that either. Don’t think I’ll be swapping it for rice anytime soon. But I’d try it if I ever acquired any.
Ultimate nachos

I use a different nacho cheese sauce, because the one with this recipe would be good for tiling ! The rest of it I do exactly and it’s lovely.
Cauliflower, broccoli mac’n’cheese thing. Using up the rest of last night’s cheese sauce. Might be some roast pumpkin on the side.
