I was a bit peckish at supper time so polished off another couple of thin cut steaks cooked in butter. I also found a bottle of red wine at the back of the cupboard so de-glazed the frying pan with a small amount and added it to the steaks for flavour.
Mushroom and veg lasagne yesterday, this evening burgers with pasta, mushrooms and stilton.
I have some beef mince to use up so Kato and I will enjoy 'smashburgers' today methinks?
