Once again I am experimenting with one of my favourite meals.......scotch eggs.

Todays rendition for the casing is pork mince with an egg added and some apple chutney. Once moulded around the eggs I am wrapping them in smokey bacon and cooking them in the air fryer for 25 minutes,turning twice.
B. Bread and blackberry jam
L. Hoisin wraps. Granola slice
D. Courgette, mushroom, baby corn with macaroni,

All FREE
For lunch, a large rump steak and scrambled eggs. Hopefully this will do me for today and fuel a trip to the allotment! Rolleyes Smile
Veg curry with rice.
Haggis, neeps, a sweet potato and other veg. A bit late for Burns night
B. Stewed apple (Freezer) and granola
L. Vegan wraps, hoisin and pesto
Tangerine.
Granola bar
D. Leftover pasta and veggies.

Braised beef cheeks in a red wine sauce with mashed potato, roasted pumpkin and steamed cauliflower &broccoli.
Ribeye steak. 
I also cooked off a small pork joint, a brisket joint and Kato's chicken thighs while I had the oven on. I ate some of the pork joint and I have the brisket in the slow cooker after browning in the oven.
I used to like hot beef sandwiches but I don't eat bread anymore,preferring to be carb free.
B. Toast & marmalade
L. Hoisin wrap & 2 tangerines
D. Chopped up seafood sticks, fresh tomatoes and leftover macaroni with tomato paste.
