It's just started snowing here but its looking like the grounds to wet for it to settle.
Haven't been down the garden yet to see if there's any damage. I know a panel has blown out of the polycarb GH but that often happens. My road, uphill, has been blocked by a fallen tree and quite a few trees blown down locally, crushing cars and landing on house roofs.
We've had some flurries of hail and heavy rain but the wind seems to have eased off now, thankfully.
Hope you're all OK.
Bit windy here and short power cut for a couple of hours. Must remember to keep phone charged in future as BT landline is now on internet so goes off when electric is off.
We have had a full taste of mother nature's anger, wind, rain, hail and now snow....
Absolutely chucking it down. Hopefully it'll clear up by 4pm, I'm going visiting up the road for a games evening, it's easily walkable but I may take the car Smile
Still windy, intermittent heavy rain and sunshine. Normal day's weather really. Big Grin
It's been chucking it down all day, and now it's snowing heavily. You couldn't make it up!!
Still so windy here, thankfully no trees down in my garden and luckily had one of the conkers cut down a couple of weeks ago as it has suffered the past few years an area last summer all its branches died off.

Greenhouse has lost 4 panes and the door has been twisted ( old greenhouse)
I couldn't stay in the good greenhouse today - the wind was a bit too scary.
Rain, sleet, hail blowing horizontally. Just a normal North East day! Smile  They do say that if the rain is coming down vertically it's classed as a 'nice day' in these parts! Rolleyes
Blowing well with very fine mizzle, had to replace 8 or so panes on the top greenhouse over the plots yesterday. 3 polycarbonate greenhouses totally destroyed on other plots.
