Sunshiny this morning for a change and I managed to do some gardening. Came in for a cuppa just before it chucked it down.

I dunno why the majority of my beard is white? What head hairIi have left has hardly got a grey hair in it. Dad was a gingernut and mam had black hair until she passed away at 72.  Huh

The Milkman had white hair though! Big Grin

I don't know whether you can make it out in the first photo but tha bridge has a chequered past. A good few people have committed suicide by jumping off it, so much so that the local council have constructed a rather unsightly barrier along each side of it. Itis very high over the valley and the wind howls when you get near the centre. When I was a kid steam trains uesd to travel across it.

See below the unsightly barrier which you can' tsee from afar.
Looks like Kato is steaming ahead, playing at trains. Big Grin
Bright, sunny with just enough breeze to dry the laundry.
Pity about the cold and the fields being sludgy.
Can’t have everything this time of year.

If you are watching England in the World cup, Roy Keane has nicked my beard! Big Grin
I've seen Roy Keane and his beard now, but its nowhere near as bushy as yours. Bet he can't put beads in his. Big Grin

Meanwhile, the weather here is changeable. Sunshiny earlier, so I did some washing, put it out on the line and thought about what to do, or not, in the garden. Then the fog rolled in. The hills to the north disappeared, the city and England to the south disappeared, the woods to the west disappeared as did the fields to the east. Its now so thick, I can barely see the clothes line!
I've moved all the washing into the log store but I expect the fog will find it there too.
Silly weather. Big Grin
It’s been damp, dreary and misty at times here today. Glad I’m back indoors and staying there.
Woke to fog and its hardly lifted all day. Its cold too - only 6C in the GH now . Brrrrrrr
GH temps been between 5 to 6c all day. Sad
