Our temp went down briefly to 1° last night with 4° for several hours. I'm not prepared for frosts yet Sad I'm waiting to see if anythings been touched.
Fingers crossed.
My dear other half was astute enough to throw a lightweight tarpaulin over our tomatoes last night.
Still got hundreds(really!) golden grape and urban delight waiting to ripen.
My GH temp went down to 6.6c not as cold as JJB’s but still colder than I’d like for a while.
Our 1° was outside I haven't been up to the gh yet.
Has been cool for a couple of nights but nothing below 7 forecast here for the next 10 days.

Also, The drought is far from over although the grass is green now. I dug up my last few potatoes yesterday and the soil below the top couple of inches is still bone dry. If anyone likes graphs about the last 12 months rainfall but only for England:

Bright and sunny this morning after another cold night of 2° for several hours.
Much warmer here overnight a bit of sunshine today but mostly cloudy.
It appears we have missed out autumn and went straight into winter from summer!!!!! Aaaaaargh! Rolleyes

Its quite pleasant here during the day, but the evenings are getting colder. Wood stove lit tonight.

Had to cover legs a couple of times this week Veggie and woodstoves been lit all week to dry washing mainly! Rolleyes Even Kato is starting to feel the cold and he is a flaming Siberian Husky! Big Grin
