Sliced courgettes, shallow fried, in a smidgeon of oil, added some chopped tomatoes and some Feta cheese cubes that had been yellow stickered to 5p.
My 5p evening meal - and there's leftovers for tomorrow!

I'm a great fan of yellow stickers. A 5p meal with leftovers sounds wonderful.
