L. Sourdough toast with salmon paste (20p) and GH lettuce
Sourdough custard doughnut.
D. Leftover YS vegan sausages (12p), mixed root mash and a mess of greens (kale, lovage, apple mint).

I was fishing on Saturday so made a rainbow trout Paella. While I was on I used some of my trout goujons to have a go at making trout Gravalax and froze the rest for another day.

Trout is lovely as gravlax I prefer it chunky so tend to use seatrout, but normal trout works too, and it's faster to cure
