This evening will be flying toad in the hole. Which is pheasant breast wrapped in bacon. With lots of cabbage, carrot & swede mash and gravy.
Pheasant was provided by the hunter gatherer in the family. No not Bob. Yes the Labrador, Breeze 
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

We went all out last night and had hotdogs for tea. Loads left over so I'm doing hotdogs the Swedish way tonight, served with mash and peas, ketchup and lots of mustard.

It just had 'Firm' Tofu on the packaging so I asumed that when I cut it into squares it would stay that way? It didn't!
