This evening a Sausage casserole, paprika, parsnips, carrots mushrooms, then some frozen veg, JA's, runners, beans, peas and toms.

Stir fry noodles with prawns chicken char saiu and beef with bamboo shoots carrots onions pineapple and water chestnuts. I love the crunch of water chestnuts
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

I have been googling what to do with leftover roast beef from yesterday and came up with a simple recipe for beef fried rice. I'll give it a go as I already have frozen Sunday roast in the freezer and don't want to add any more. https://daisiesandpie.co.uk/really-quick...ried-rice/
