Why Jen, heat?

Not really, working in the morning and visiting son and DiL in the afternoon,  home in time for dinner then watering  so no time to harvest.  That's this morning's job in the heat.  I expect a day of neglect will come back and bite me with courgettes the size of marrows and cucumbers galore  Smile
A 2nd trug of broadies.....Too hot!

It's almost embarrassing,  far too much for two people.

Freeze freeze freeze
Not keen on frozen courgettes, I feel maybe a chilled soup coming on.
Mixed lettuce, basil, land cress, Black cherry toms and a cuc.
Strawberries, lots of Bijou MT and a sneaky courgette that was hiding from me.

I'm tempted but a dehydrator is just another piece of 'junk' that I'd need to find room for in the kitchen  which is already jammed full. Smile
Today Charlottes/mint, cuc, courgettes, toms, spring onions and some raspberries.
