A good size parsnip today - and straight. A lot don't tend to be this way. I had good germination this year for a change so will have plenty till the Spring. I'll leave a few at the end of the row to go to seed as saved seed tends to germinate a lot better than bought.
Some spring onions for tonight's stir fry.
Lettuce to go on a cheese and mayo sandwich at lunch.
