Geordie living 'ower the watter'
|
1 lb of pork mince,one egg, a handfull of grated parmesan type cheese,two small shallots diced, a whole head of garlic diced, basil,papriks, salt & pepper.
All scrunched up with one hand in a bowl and formed into five patties which were shallow fried in dripping. Very tasty and very filling.

Last night was scrambled eggs on toast.
Tonight will be roast pork with everything.

L. Salad with lettuce, carrot, beetroot, cucumber, cheese (10p) and mayonnaise
D. YS Vegan sausages (14p), French beans and onion relish
Cost 44p - the rest was FREE.

Hit lucky at Morries last night and managed to get a couple of YS ribeye steaks for buttons. Ribeye steak, black pudding and eggs for brunch.
