Good Friday has to be fish. Rolleyes Cod loin on a bed of roasted veg and possibly a fried  trout fillet as well if OH doesn't fancy it. Smile

Fish (sebastre) baked on fennel butter & white wine, sauté spuds and steamed asparagus. We always tend to have fish on a Friday for the practical reason that that's the day we go shopping!

Last night was curry night - butternut squash and chickpea with coconut and fragrant spices.

Tonight Mr E plans on making a tofu stirfry, as the tatsoi is starting to bolt so we need to harvest it pronto!
How much veg and wildlife can I pack into a 6m x 8m garden in suburban Cambridge? Let’s find out!  Smile
