I have a new wok and a wok recipes book. Smile

Today's recipe was chicken and new potato Thai curry, done in a wok.

It was very tasty but I had picked up a tin of low fat coconut milk by mistake which meant it did not thicken enough for me. Lesson learned! Rolleyes

Reheat of last nights chilli con carne with rice chips and battered onion rings. Chilli was more mature tonight than last night.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

I use the low fat coconut milk in my massaman curry which is cooked over 5-6 hours in the slow cooker, it thickens up nicely.

Feeding the neighbours this evening. Because one of them likes crab the other is a snob and only likes white crab meat   Rolleyes  .  I suggested crab Thermidor would be a good recipe. Turns out I also said I’d cook it  Rolleyes   Huh  . So I’m doing Crab Thermidor with homemade crusty bread. followed by summer pudding https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/frui...r-pudding/
