BBQ hot smoked chill salmon, baked potato spicy couscous and coleslaw with a nice cold glass of water and a nice cold glass of Pinot Grigio

We're having my Favourite Briam this evening using Charlottes, black Cherry toms, courgettes and parsley all out of my garden.
Store bought onions though.
