Courgette fritters again. I'm heartily sick of them but MrPP insisted! Today flavoured with fresh ginger, garlic, chilli (habanero Maya red) & garam masala.

Proper Irish stew look cooked in the slow cooker for about 41/2 hours. Made with lamb steaks, carrots and onions from the garden, herbs from the garden and a nice lamb stock thickened with pearl barley and red lentils and served with some very nice garden spuds
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.
