Still a rerun of yesterday and the day before. The big decision is whether to eat early afternoon or evening. I think tomorrow might be the inevitable turkey curry.

Very original I know  but for lunch I had a turkey & gammon curry to finish off the leftovers.I added sultanas for sweetness and chopped onion near the end of cooking for crunchiness.

B. Cheese sandwiches
L. The last bit of the Festive wreath. It was actually quite nice - like a ring of sausage roll with apple and cranberry in puff pastry. Chutney.
Blueberry muffin.
D. Stirfry of mushrooms, tenderstem, minicorn, carrots, French beans, and seafood sticks with soy sauce.

Freezer dived (or is it dove?) and found some cooked lamb shanks with mint and some lamb in gravy from March 21. Tasted ok but if I am not with you for a while you know the reason why? 
Cooking bacon done in air fryer for ron.
