B. Toast & marmalade
L. Avocado sandwich. Custard doughnut.
D. Stirfry - mini corn, mangetout, broccoli, spring onions, mushrooms and leftover vegan "bacon".
All FREE.

Some rump steak (which was like chewing an auld boot Luckily the eggs I had with it were tasty though  . Because I gave Kato most of the steak I cooked some sausage off but only ate four links as eight links were 2000 calories!!!!

OMAD steak & butter for lunch. (Rump steak again but a bit less 'chewy' than yesterdays for some reason?) 
PS I forgot to add that I had some YS tasteless raspberries after steak, wasted 42p

Three 'smashburgers' for me and one for Kato.
Also had experimental scrambled eggs with cottage cheese beaten into the mix along with some chilli flakes! Deffo will make again in the near future and can't understand why I hadn't thought of it before?
