Oven cooked belly pork with a bit of mustard on for lunch with a couple of fried mackerel fillets half an hour later. (Put porridge oats in to frying fat afterwards to experiment making fat balls for the birds)

Made a boo boo last night.Put a small brisket joint inthe slow cooker (on high) and forgot about it. It was like a burnt offering this morning and had a burned taste to the botom. I chopped it up anyway and put it back in the cooker with some gravy. If I am brave I may serve it up for ron?
For lunch I will have stir fry flavoured pork that I got from Aldi. For ron I will try the brisket and if not nice, will have a ribeye.
