My ideal scenario(and the eating program I most commonly adopt) is 2MAD wih no more than 6 hours between meals but lifes for living and I ain't anal about it,so I mix it up a bit now and again!

Strange but tasty Sunday lunch today. I've always liked a Sunday roast so slow cooed a joint of brisket. As I don't eat veg or carbs I was at a loss as to what to have with it?
Finished up with grilling cheese plus boiled eggs with sliced meat and gravy over it. Very tasty but I do msis my Yorkies!
