D. Quorn sausages, mashed potato, swede and carrots and CFBs.
Packet of prawn cocktail crisps.
All FREE apart from the sausages

Has to be mince today as it's on-date!  I might try 'smashed' burgers for a change with some garlic added?
Finished up with smash burgers with cheese and pickle on. I didn't realise how easy smash burgers were to make and doubted they would hold together? .....but they did and were very tasty!

Had homemade squash soup for lunch
Mid afternoon a whole punnet of grapes
Tea a bowl of crunchy nuts cornflakes followed by a toffee apple.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

This evening cheese pastie I did intend to have a sponge pudding but had yoghurt instead.
Sweet potato topped with pesto and salad for lunch.
