B. Banana on sourdough rye toast
L. Cheese and lettuce roll, tangerine.
D. Same as last night,- mushroom and courgettes in Hoi sin sauce on sticky rice with my daily ration of nuttiness.

Two reduced price sirloin steaks and two yellow sticker eggs!  The eggs were extra large and were well in date as could be seen by how well they kept their shape while frying.

D. YS Breaded plaice fillet from the freezer (use by 1 January- CFBs and tomatoes.
All FREE except the plaice which was 90p for 2 fillets. I'll have the other one tomorrow.

For an early brekkie I chopped up some thin braising steak into 1/8th inch strips with the scissors. Coated them in a sweet chilli mix and cooked in air fryer for 15 minutes.They were delicious.
To carry on the chilli theme I had chilli burgers, fried eggs and sausages for lunch. I have a cooked chilli burger and two sausages for ron if need be?

B. Raspberry jam on toasted rye bread
L. Cheese and lettuce rolls. Grapes.
D. Leftover plaice fillet and tomatoes and CFBs to which I added a courgette.
45p for the plaice, the rest was FREE.
