Wk 3 of Rations.
B. Toast and soft set strawberry jam. (I've lost the knack of jam making)
L. Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado and a little grated cheese and mayo.
D. A 2 egg omelette stuffed with courgettes and some fried tomatoes.
2 eggs are my week's ration but I still have one left from a previous week and I haven't started this week's 4oz of cheese yet. Its easier than I thought but I do miss the evening bar of chocolate.

I tried making them once with bought filo pastry but it was nothing like the real thing. I used to eat far too many of them in Greece! https://www.dishesorigins.com/baklava/ Yeah that’s them

Four pork chops done in air fryer and a grilled steak. I am starting to add a half a pack (40z) of butter to daily meals now to up my saturated fat intake.
