Yellow sticker filleted sea bream for brekkie and YS Chicken Kiev's just came out the oven for eating now. Sliced belly pork with Chinesse fivespice and Italian seasoning still in the oven for Ron.

L. Sourdough ciabatta, black olive paste and cucumber
D. Leftover Jackfruit burger and couscous with mangetout, a broad bean and 4 DFBs
All FREE except the granola & jackfruit burger.

Beef mince with cream cheese garlic and chilli flakes earlier and just had two grilled lamb steaks which should seeme through until tomorrow.

For 'brunch' I had bacon, eggs, black pudding with elephant garlic scapes.Later today I am going to cut some thin beef into strips and 'sizzle fry' them with a chilli jam dip!
