B. Sourdough bread & blackcurrant jam
L. Cheese, lettuce & mayo
D. YS Sea bass fillets (£1), cut into chunks, dipped in seasoned flour and shallow fried. with Bread & butter.
Everything bar the fish was free, fortunately or I would have broken my £1 limit.

B. Porridge
L. Cheese bread with Marmite
D. More lentil Bolognese with melted cheese on top for a change.
Still have a tub of cooked lentils left. Who would have thought that part of a bag of lentils could last so long.
Incidentally, they were Coral Lentils which are whole lentils that are split to make split red lentils. Not sure what happens to the outer skin when that happens.
