B. Sourdough toast with a tiny pot of Pimms, Strawberry, Mint and something else. I have 6 of these individual pots.
L. Tuna, mayonnaise and lots of lettuce.
D. Aubergine and something burger (lost label!) with mashed potato and some pumpkin and carrot mash from the freezer & Caramelised Onion Chutney.
Tuna and mayonnaise may, or may not have been free. All the rest was.

I like kippers with just bread and butter.
For your ‘one meal’ you could eat them with pasta and a Tom sauce or with potatoes and salad or even green beans.
For us this evening it’s our usual tagliatelle and Bol.

For us this evening it’s our usual tagliatelle and Bol. That's exactly what I had with my kipper..........bread and butter!

Slow cooked beef mince with onions and mushrooms, liberally coating baked potatoes with a knob of butter in each and finished off with grated strong chedder. Kato enjoyed his portion as well, clearing the plate!
