My home made meatball Marinara went down a treat. I couldn't be bothered to cook pasta so had it with veggie rice, which soaked the sauce up nicely!

Very surprisingly a tasty meall for a Meatless Monday! Crispy Battered No Beef Strips with Sweet Chilli Sauce on a bed of Quinoa,Pumpkin & Sunflowers seeds with wholegrain Basmati rice! The 'Plant Menu' strips were a bit 'tight' on the chilli sauce but luckily I had some of my own!

Tomorrow is likely to be slow cooked beef massaman curry. P's never had it before although I remember it fondly from being a kid in Thailand, I wonder if it'll taste the same or whether P will approve, he's got two choices eat or go hungry.
