The red quinoa splits its dark shell during cooking and small white "shoots" emerge. It looks like a mound of germinating seeds. It has more texture than rice - I'm becoming a convert. Same as yesterday with extra Tamari.

Yellow stickered Smoked haddock fish cake with mushy peas made from Hodmedod's Green pea chips (aka dried peas that were broken), seasoned with homemade Oregano and Rosemary salt - more herbs than salt.

I like anything with mushrooms and blue cheese.
