This evening a steak pie with Charlottes, runners, carrots and peas. Not many peas left they've not been very good this year.

Fed the workers lunch yesterday sweet pepper soup with 5 seeded bread. Followed by raspberries flapjacks. Last night’s tea was beef salad for Bob. Cheese, onion & tomato on toast for me.
Tonight I’ll try to remember to get something out of the freezer for tea.

Yesterday was my OMAD fish day so I went and caught a trout. Had it fried in butter with Halloumi (or squeaky cheese as my grandson calls it)and mixed grains.
Today is 'Full English' day so looking forward to that!
