Slow cooked lamb massaman curry with rice. A few home grown chillies to heat it up.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Stir fried courgettes, baby carrots and beans from the garden, with bought beansprouts and some other veg - and some dry roasted cashews and peanuts. Plenty of soy sauce and a glass of red.

I made a Cornish pasty but without the pastry  Mincemeat, sliced potatoes, swede and onions with lots of black pepper, slowly cooked together in frying pan with the lid on. Served with peas from the plot.

Sausage casserole, onions, carrots, parsnips, courgette, tin tom, herbs and paprika then out of the freezer some JA's and green beans.
Baking a couple of carrot cakes at the same time.
