Fish & chips.
Didn’t even need to go fishing, our neighbour came round with a nice pollock for us. He kept the one that broke his rod .

Tuna Tuesday today, so my OMAD meal looked a bit like tuna kedgeree comprising tuna,boiled eggs,rice,broccoli,sweet potato and chillies. Rather tasty even if I say so myself.

Last night was a couple of BBQ chicken legs and a selection of crisps & dips. Followed by pineapple upside down cake.
