Monday's is usually a rice dish with leftover Sunday roast meat plus chorizo.
No leftover meat this week so will use a chicken breast. The dish comes out like a sort of risotto/paella mix

Leftover lamb from yesterday with asparagus, stir fry and chips. Still wasn't satiated so had rest of lamb on buttered toast.

This evening we're having Cheese on toast followed by sponge pudding and custard.
I love pudding but can't really face one after a dinner so its usually either toast or soup first.
