Mr E finished building the raised beds yesterday, so now I just need to order some more compost to top them up and my new veg garden is complete!
How much veg and wildlife can I pack into a 6m x 8m garden in suburban Cambridge? Let’s find out!  Smile

I needed some more bedding salvia seed and looked online, some of my favourite suppliers were out of stock and having been put off by expensive seed and more than expensive P&P looked in town. The Range had Dee Ree seed (not perhaps the most reliable, I know) at 99p a pkt. So far so good. Even better at the checkout each 99p seed packet was reduced to 49p. Brilliant. Had a good day all round, the car in for MOT and service, with no problems. As its 14 yrs old every year is a bonus. Bought BFB and chicken manure pellets cheaply. Found some hard to find biscuits that P likes and something yellow stickered for dinner. Sorted! Oh and took photos of grandma's newly refurbished grave stone which looks brilliant.
PS even got out by myself....freedom.Big Grin

A garden centre near me stocks those and they have always germinated reliably and produced really good plants. I would recommend them.
