I'd forgotten about pancake day, today we're having carrot, ginger and courgette soup with SC's garlic pita bites for lunch then this evening hot dogs, green salad and mixed pickles.

I'd forgotten about pancake day, today we're having carrot, ginger and courgette soup with SC's garlic pita bites for lunch then this evening hot dogs, green salad and mixed pickles. I can highly recommend the garlic pita. I’ll definitely be doing them again.

I'll be doing those again very tasty  Also are handy for using those pita breads that get a bit bashed around.

I was all for having masses of pancakes but P declined on healthy eating grounds  , I know I could make some for myself but it hardly seems worth it it just for one.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
