Morning all! Nice mid-twenties day today.
Oh, what jam Bren? Haven't jammed for a few years cos we don't eat much, but need to be inspired as the cupboard is getting bare
Watered the pots and new plantings, and strimmed the potager so far today. Next (after coffee break) is fun stuff - hanging baskets!

Happy very Sunshiny Tuesday.
Its a day when I'm grateful for the trees that shade the garden as its cooler there. Normally, I'm following the sun around, today its the shade.
Soil's too dry to plant anything and the waterbutts are emptying rapidly. Two bigguns are empty and they're the most convenient for the GHs. Still, the extra bit of walking will do me good!
Enjoy your day. Don't work too hard!

Afternoon all hospital went well Bren, thank you! Going every day, today it was only a half hour delay. Short delays are due to the extra hygiene measures they have in place.
It’s beautiful out but there’s a chilly wind blowing! Hopefully it will be warm enough to sit out later.
Hope you all have a lovely day. x

We have clouds today so it makes being in the garden easier with a bit of shade

Oh, what jam Bren? Haven't jammed for a few years cos we don't eat much Are you trying to put us more portly folk to shame by saying you don't eat much
Or do you mean you don't eat much jam
Sorry PyreneesPlot there should be some smile faces on this post to show I am joking but I don't see any possibly I have lost the plot rather than having "seen the plot"

Haha!! We don't eat much jam - the odd butties, steamed pud or Victoria sponge, but that's about it. We don't seem to do the kind of eating that requires jam anymore

That rhubarb, orange and ginger jam sounds devine I don't eat much of it either these days, but I fancy the idea of making it with half spoon and freezing it, rather than full sugar and then not eating it because of the sugar content
