Homemade beans on toast: small onion, gsrlic, small carrot, 200g each tomatoes and cooked beans with a tablespoon of cider vinegar. Will definitely have it again.

Quesadillas. Cooked differently than usual. A recipe I found on YouTube. It was lovely. With a green salad ( cucumber, spring onions, avocado, lime juice and paprika)
