Tomatoes, still picking plenty though the greenhouses are rampant with moulds of one sort or another, having to reach quite high to get some of them. Still to do: raspberries, eating and cooking apples.

Beetroot, it has been a great year for beetroot, but nothing makes up for zero tomatoes!
Another dozen pumpkins, we certainly won't go hungry this winter, plus chillies, trombo, cabbage, apples, figs, lettuces, aubergines and grapes this week.

Checked in at allotment yesterday to find the huge water butt I got off my son had filled overnight! Dodgy It must be all of 400 litres and it had filled up off one side of my greenhouse with one evenings rainfall, no wonder the land  is squelchy and unworkable.

Anyway I harvested three courgettes, half a dozen beetroot (which have done really well) and a mahoosive Mooli! Big Grin I still need to sow more garlic, some overwintering shallots (if I a can find them), broad beans and three types of Japanese onion (have already planted a couple of rows of Autumn Champion)

Tattes still to dig and onions to finish drying off in greenhouse when I can clear a bit of space! Rolleyes

Still to plant out are Spring Cabbage plants, turnip plants and more leeks. Need to try and devote a bit more time to plot.
