I made that last night for all the girls that my partner's daughter had over for her birthday. It was bloody lovely - the pork was made as char siu but with no red food colouring - really nice. I also made bang bang sauce to go with it, which is a bit more vinegary and more spice. Served with rice, chargrilled peppers and onions. Lovely
