Four different flavoured batches of chicken wings. 
Teriyaki with sesame seeds,Cajun,Garlic and herb plus plain un-coated.
I didn't realise the difference it made by giving them a dusting with baking powder before oven cooking. Had broccoli with them and the Terryaki and sesame seed coated ones were the nicest.
