Two scotch eggs whilst fishing this afternoon. On return and after Kato's walk I had oven cooked belly pork then pan fried lambs liver.

Three burgers with cheese for lunch and an interesting supper of small pieces of fried black pudding (in dripping of course) with the same size pieces of sausage and pre cooked Char su pork loin!
