B. Sourdough toast & Strawberry jam 2
L. 2 Sourdough Bostocks (No, I didn't know what they were either). One was topped with apples and the other with redcurrants 1.
D. Prawn lollipops, spring rolls and vegetable rice. 1

I’m cooking the main and my friend is doing dessert tonight. So it’s jerk chicken with rice and beans. Followed by lemon posset.

Sourdough Chocolate orange doughnut
D. Leftover prawn lollipops with thinly sliced carrots, radish and mushrooms in Sweet chilli sauce.
All FREE except the salmon paste and 3 mushrooms.

L. Sushi followed by a redcurrant Bostock

Tonight my friend made tapas. It was lots of things I’ve never tried before.
Venison meat balls in a spicy tomato sauce, spicy pork kebabs, potatoes (cross between chips & roasties ) topped with a different tomato sauce. And this one will blow your minds. A slice of Stilton (about half cm thick ) topped with candied walnuts and drizzled with honey! It was really good and I don’t like Stilton!
I made pancakes to follow.
