Made a bake with tuna, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, oregano and pasta topped with cheese while my bread was in the oven.

Tonight will be roast chicken dinner (will be to busy for a roast on Sunday). With all home grown veggies and chicken. The gravy will be made with homemade stock as well. Really looking forward to it.

Just made corned beef and tattie pie and ham and egg pie  .Not a soggy bottom in sight!  Had a hot piece of each for supper.
