Homemade scampi & chips tonight

Garlic rosemary lamb, with roasted veg and green beans.

An easy dinner tonight I cooked extra veg so we’re having the same as last night.

Salmon and something

Chish and Fips for us tonight.

Roast loin of pork with roast potatoes roast parsnips and garden peas

Lamb bhuna, rice, sourdough naan, Indian apple chutney and cucumber dip.

Last night homemade pizza.

I was cooking down some tomatoes with rosemary and garlic and Son1 said "ooh, pizza - smells delicious". So outcome the bread maker
A bit of a medley on top but it was delicious! Sieved toms on the bottom, more toms, used a chilli for a change ( oh is gluten free and I couldn't be bothered with making two lots of dough) some salami, some of my own sun dried tomatoes, onions and garlic with a little mozzarella. Not my usual kind of dinner but it was delicious. The rest of the dough will be garlic flat breads - I'm going to have some with more tomatoes

Got in late, didn’t want to cook.
