Beef stir fry with chilli, ginger and garlic with a hoi sin and oyster sauce with some pineapple pieces in it. I used some of my Kilian chilli and it has a nice hit. Noodles for me and egg fried rice with peas for Mrs CtM, she’s not a lover of noodles
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Friday night take away, it as national fish and chips day, Saturday was home made burgers on the BBQ with home made chips and cold slaw. We were out shopping today and had a nice ciabatta with roast chicken crispy bacon stuffing toasted and a green salad and potato crisps on the side, so unlikely to have anything tonight

Friday moules marinières and fat chips.
Saturday homemade pasta with a mix of courgette tomatoes aubergines peppers garlic chillies and basil, then tiramisu.
Tonight various salads to start, grilled aubergines with pimenton, grilled courgettes with lemon, roast green pepper, tomato basil salad. Then grilled lambs liver with new pots and roast beetroot. More tiramisu to follow!

Curry etc., with homemade mango chutney. It (the chutney) tastes ok, but I don't think I will bother making it again.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

Last night hotdogs on home made rolls with a garden salad.
Tonight Cornish pasties, Charlotte potatoes and mixed beans.
